Proposal: Add the unordered-containers package and the hashable package to the Haskell Platform

Hi all, As requested by Mark, here's a proposal to include unordered-containers and hashable in the platform: http://trac.haskell.org/haskell-platform/wiki/Proposals/unordered-containers The timeline is pretty short, so lets see if we can agree on this before Monday March 25th, 2013. -- Johan
