What does this mean exactly?

I can see several options:

1) Don't release any new versions of monads-fd anymore. 2) Option 1 & Hiding it from the Hackage package list. 3) Releasing a new 0.1.0.3 version which indicates that it's deprecated in favor of mtl-2
