If this proposal is accepted, monads-fd would be obsoleted...
What does this mean exactly? I can see several options: 1) Don't release any new versions of monads-fd anymore. 2) Option 1 & Hiding it from the Hackage package list. 3) Releasing a new 0.1.0.3 version which indicates that it's deprecated in favor of mtl-2 It would be nice if this was clarified in the proposal.
