Template Haskell: Unresolved infix expressions

Hi, I'm currently working on Trac #4430 [1], to improve Template Haskell's support for unresolved infix expressions. I need to add a constructor to the Exp datatype in the template-haskell library, but it is not obvious to me what the best definition of this constructor should be. I've written up the proposal on the GHC Trac wiki [2]. I would appreciate comments. Thanks.
