Tracking Changes

I seem to be getting an increasing number of patches for the crypto library - so thanks to all the contributors. However, I have no way of tracking whether I've actually actioned things. This is probably frustrating to contributors if I accidentally forget their patch and they are too polite to remind me. I've noticed that ghc and cabal both use trac. Is this somehow available for other libraries? What would I have to do to set something up for the crypto library (I'm assuming I've correctly understood that trac will track change requests / patch contributions). Thanks, Dominic.
