
Right now, I'd view it as consensus that it is out of scope for the libraries@ process without such a capability in any existing compiler to make it work.

Coming to the end of the discussion period, and given that - Deprecation isn't an option, because this is part of the Haskell report - The libraries submission process is the correct place for this can this be considered a consensus in favour?
