
The following thread on Haskell-cafe is of interest to this list: http://www.haskell.org/pipermail/haskell-cafe/2013-August/108427.html The first email introduces an infelicity in the libraries, but then the discussion says that this address (libraries@haskell.org) is listed as the maintainer of the libraries, and yet the mailing list cannot be written to by the general public. I tend to agree that this should be fixed. Richard

The libraries@haskell.org maintainer listing is pretty well entrenched, but
we could switch it to core-libraries-committee@haskell.org, which would
allow end users to raise issues without being subscribed to the list.
