Haskell Platform Package Guidelines

As promised... only a day late.... Here is a write up of some guidelines for Haskell Platform Packages: *HP Package Guildelineshttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1Uf6hu65WDzQt4S4baa6K1jlonFgG_rIeCL36iB82... * These are not hard and fast rules, nor an official requirements list. They are mostly what I've initially pulled together from my experience as release manager, and informal discussions with many of you over the last few months. I'm certain that these guidelines will evolve! This is just my first take. Let me know what you think. - Mark

Sounds good! What are the plans for handling of these target specific packages - you mention GTK, I may add ALSA. How can we tell people: If you have non-Haskell package X, then you should use Haskell bindings 'x'?

Assuming there are interested parties, they could create something on top of HP ("linux-haskell" or something...) Roman
