Works for me but I must say I may be a bit ahead of the curve in my Cabal version, $ cabal -V cabal-install version 1.19.2 using version 1.19.2 of the Cabal library

Don't listen to the devil, but you can do a pirate upload (at least that was possible on old hackage). In case the original author rises from his coffin you can always hand author/maintainership back.

I wish for the dependencies of package dvi-processing to be updated to current versions. The listed maintainer ("AaronBlack") appears to be unsearchable on the internet (no mention on the name can be found in connection to the Haskell language, except has maintainer on Hackage). Hackage does not seem to want to reveal an email address either.

Hence I propose to take over maintainership of the package. I beg the powers that be to let me know if this would be possible, and if so when it can happen.
