The document at http://www.haskell.org/~simonmar/libraries/libraries.html has been updated again. It now has a copy of the language extension proposal, taken from Malcolm's original proposal and edited slightly. There's also some stuff about which extensions to Haskell 98 we consider as part of the baseline (just FFI and a couple of minor things so far). Cheers, Simon
