I've attached the necessary files so that libraries/arrows can be built (and installed) as part of GHC. It would be nice if someone with CVS commit rights could add those (and add "arrows" to libraries/Makefile). Peter

Thanks. I can add these, but this package is still a bit experimental too include in the GHC build. Cabal will be the way to go.
