[nhc-bugs] build nhc98 from C sources

Last week someone asked how to build nhc98 from the C sources. There is a solution for version 1.20 at http://www.pfitzenmaier.de/posts/build-nhc98.html I hope this is helpful even if it is only for 1.20 and not for 1.22 regards, Jürgen
