I just installed the binary for nhc98-1.12. The hat package files for ghc ended up in my .../lib/ghc-5.02.1/imports directory rather than .../lib/ghc-5.02.1/imports/hat. Creating a hat directory and moving the files into it fixed this. Can hat handle .lhs files yet?
