Hello Simon,

incidentally you asked for priorities.  Mine are (still)
(1) spliced import declarations;
(2) [ee| .. |] and [dd| .. |], which only attempt to resolve
names when the splice is actually used.

Both are important because I would like to be able to get rid of
the remaining CPP directives in my code.
