So correct me if I am wrong. Quasi-quoatation is not reification because quasi-quoted code is not a data structure, it is simply another form of expression.
Quasi quoted code is sort of special. It is both a data structure and a delayed expression. When I talk of reification, I mean a way to turn a value into a quoted piece of code.
reify (pred . succ) ---> [| \ x -> x |]
This is not possible in MetaML.
Can one do case analysis on the structure of quasi-quoted code however? Sean
