      Yesod 0.8 does not compile with ghc 7.0.3.

I didn't realize you were using Yesod 0.7. In that case, scratch what
I said previously: the persistent-template package only applies to
Yesod 0.8 and later. How exactly are you running the devel server?

What now ?  I get that:
Couldn't match expected type `Database.Persist.Base.EntityDef'

When I change the imports to Database.Persist.TH and
Database.Persist.Base
the file where is the foundation, KafeeZeit.hs, does not work anymore

Actually, it's now part of persistent-template, try installing that
