I was still able to switch to a virtual terminal and log in, so I could verify that xmonad was still running. I decided to kill xscreensaver, and it caused X to exit as well. Input Methods and Hangul

I have just switched to XMonad from KDE, where I was using SKIM to input Hangul. I haven't been able to work out how to run SCIM in XMonad. Unfortunately, most of the google hits for "xmonad scim" are in Japanese, which I don't understand (I wouldn't know enough Korean to understand them, even if they were in Korean). Can somebody who has setup SCIM or another CJK input program please point me in the right direction? --Max

xmonad 0.4 now in debian

Hi, this weekend, my xmonad 0.4 packages (including X11-extras and XMonadContrib) have been accepted to Debian unstable, and should be apt-get’able for anyone using that distribution. From there, they will probably migrate to Ubuntu as well somehow.
