Place a dock on a border between screens What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The dock's space is not accounted for, because the strut is set at the maxim extent over all screens in the relevant direction. The size of the root window is the bounding rectangle of all screens, not the size of the screen the dock is on. This means that if we try to make space for a dock that lives "between" two screens, it will actually be allocated on the last screen in that direction.

Displayed: The Gnome app performs the action but does not redraw the ui, when switching to another desktop and back the App shows the proper output. What version of the product are you using? Hello, You will find enclosed a patch to propose a new XMonad.Prompt.Pass. >From the header description documentation: -- Provides a shell prompt to lookup passwords in a password-storage (located on user's home @$HOME\/.password-store@). -- The password storage used is <http://git.zx2c4.com/password-store the password-store cli>. -- -- When one validates its input, the corresponding password is loaded -- in the clipboard for a limited period of 45 seconds. -- -- Greatly inspired from <http://babushk.in/posts/combining-xmonad-and-pass.html> I'm open to any suggestions on how to improve on this. It pastes httpcodegooglecom I've pushed a patch that changes the paste to "http;//code.google.com", which is still wrong with the ';' vs ':'. Transparent Border with Chrome Beta/Unstable

Hi, I've recently update my machine to find that chrome's window border (orange on all my other windows) is now transparent. I noticed that Google have added their new Aura graphics stack instead of GTK+ <https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/chromium-dev/Zpu9801…>, and I'm wondering if this is not playing nicely with xmonad. Downgrading to Chrome stable solves the problem. But I'm guessing that once the stable version gets updated, I'll get the same issue again. Is anyone else seeing this? Is there anything I can do to confirm that this is the problem or fix it somehow? Press "Share your screen" 3. The window for selecting the window to share appears for a fraction of a second and then the hangout crashes. I am using xmonad 0.11 on Gentoo without any additional configuration changes. The same functionality works with other window managers, also other tiling ones.

hi i have used this hack to have a confirmation prompt in xmonad before: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9993966/xmonad-confirmation-when-restart… but i figured it would be cleaner to do this using only the xmonad<s internal primitives, so i wrote this module. could it be considered for inclusion in xmonad-contrib? a. -- We will create a civilization of the Mind in Cyberspace.
