[Xmonad] Kicker and DeManage

Hey all, I just can't figure out how you're meant to make this work, I have DeManage working, and I can start Kicker (for example), and then use alt-d to demanage it. But I can't find a way to make it get down where it belongs at the bottom of the screen where it's out of the way. Can anyone give me some advice on this ? Cheers Dave
