RubyMine works for me, which is based off of IntelliJ. I'm using java version 1.6.0_34, and my xmonad file is at https://github.com/sciolizer/dotfiles/blob/bb2e15cdd30ff6c3b468dd3c5ae6fbf43... You'll notice that I am setting the window name to LG3D, as recommended by #100. Hope this helps.
