[xmonad] darcs patch: Include newline after manHeader

      Hi,

please consider applying this patch before the next release, to make the
manpage more usable.

  * Include newline after manHeader

  Before this patch, the first line of the resulting file would be

  .TH xmonad 1 "25 October 09" xmonad-0.9.1 "xmonad manual".SH Name

  but it should be

  .TH xmonad 1 "25 October 09" xmonad-0.9.1 "xmonad manual"
  .SH Name
