[Xmonad] Darcs patch [2/2]: Apply screen mapping to displayed workspace order (REQUIRES screen_map Config patch)

Apply screen mapping to displayed workspace order (REQUIRES screen_map Config patch) This patch REQUIRES that the Config patch implementing the screen_map is applied also. Shuffle the order of displayed workspaces based on screen_map, so that the order matches the mod-w/e/r hotkey order.
