[xmonad] Issue 497 in xmonad: Layout.BoringWindows provides no provision for unmarking a marked-boring window

One may unmark *all* boring windows at once with the ClearBoring message, however. I suggest implementing either an UnmarkBoring Window, or a ToggleBoring Window message.
