[xmonad] float above a float?

On with my eclipse saga. Actually going pretty well thanks to help from here and reading various configs on the xmonad site. I have a number of detached windows from eclipse that i float. Is there a way when transient windows get popped up to have them be the top floating window of all floating windows? Right now, they are often partially obscured by other floating windows. If not, I suppose I will move on to seeing if instead of floating the detached windows if I can lay them out in a specific layout on open. thanks, sean
