      Sorry for all the noise, Mosaic resizing was accidentally broken in the 
other bundles. Only this bundle (none of the previous ones) should be 
applied.

Allows arbitrary windows to be combined into tabs groups. The group focus
 follows the StackSet focus, and groups can be combined with a simple message.
 Currently the Merge message's parameters can only be provided by a new
 WindowNavigation message (Apply).
