[Xmonad] darcs patch: added workspaces to hs-boot (needed by XMonadContrib.C...

      Hi,
sorry for the previous one (please foget it).

This one adds workspaces to Config.hs-boot.
The number of workspaces may be needed in many contrib modules. By the way,
it is needed by the  new version of Commands.hs I'm sending. This version
can be added to metamodule and thus can be tracked.

Please let me know.
