The description for mirrored MouseResizableTile is now "Mirror MouseResizableTile", to follow the standard of other layouts that can be mirrored using the Mirror modifier.

This change will probably mess somebody up who uses a case expression in their logHook to write simple workspace names, but that should be easy enough for users to handle. So I've applied this one too.
