It might be my misunderstanding, but why is this bug now marked as fixed? Isn't this bug about displaying i18n window titles in DynamicLog, tab titles, etc instead of ManageHooks?
DynamicLog should be fine now with utf8-string used. We also have a bit of an i18n group together, to handle any further i18n issues. If you know of other i18n problems, please file new bugs for them. -- Don
