[xmonad] Issue 410 in xmonad: Real fullscreen support without floating

Some people use NoBorders as workaround, but the window is still moveable. I mean real fullscreen as the window can't be moved by the user and of course won't have any borders without any workaround. This applies for mplayer's fullscreen mode, not for SDL.
