[xmonad] prompt "error in writing" history

("M-S-p", prompt (XMonad.terminal conf ++ " -e") myPromptConfig) is causing xmonad to print "error in writing". The code is in XMonadContrib Prompt.hs. It seems related to setting myPromptConfig historySize = 0.
