[xmonad] FAQ, UTF-8-Question

Hello List! I don't know if this is the proper place to ask, but I don't know where else I should drop this. I browsed through the FAQ on the website and stumbled over a TODO at question 3.20 (http://www.haskell.org/haskellwiki/Xmonad/Frequently_asked_questions#How_can...). I don't know whether xmonad

=0.8 supports (and uses) UTF-8 as default, but I guess that this could be answered and thus this answer could and should be adjusted ;)

So, how is it with xmonad and UTF-8? Greetings from Cologne, Christian.
