I've pushed this:

    Mon Oct  5 12:42:21 EDT 2009  Adam Vogt 
    * Add a SetStruts message to H.ManageDocks.

The results of SetStruts depend on the contents of two lists. Hopefully
the examples give you enough intuition for setting the specific
configuration you want.
