[Xmonad] darcs patch: move event loop out of mouseDrag.

      Hi all,

Here's my patch to do dragging in the X monad.  (It's here a couple of
weeks early because my wife brought the laptop into my office today to
check email.)

It's pretty simple.  I don't yet have a decent use for it, but a patch to
XMonadContrib which fixes things to compile with this change will follow.
