It doesn't seem worthwhile to add another dependency to xmonad just for regular expressions. Shouldn't is{Infix,Prefix,Suffix}Of suffice?

Should be, regular expressions are probably excessive for the general case. Somebody had asked how to do it on #xmonad, so I put it up here. We probably don't need to install it, but maybe it should go on the wiki somewhere.
