[Xmonad] What we're working on, and what's next

Just to keep everyone informed about what is happening: * currently Spencer's working on the floating layer, some patches are landing, and we've discussed how to finish this. I'll probably start reviewing his patches by the weekend. * once the floating layer is stabilised, we'll turn to configurable layout. -- Don
