[Xmonad] darcs patch: Change the type of properties from Word3... (and 1 more)

Hi all, This is a couple of patches that require that Mats' patch to X11 also be applied (which is why I'm not pushing them). It fixes avoidStruts (and presumably the rest of ManageDocks) for me on x86-64.
