[xmonad] darcs patch: focusFollowsMouse even to empty screens

I’d like to see this patch included in xmonad...

  * focusFollowsMouse even to empty screens
  When moving the mouse to another screen, that screen should become current,
  even when the workspace on it is empty. This adds this behaviour.
