Patch proposal: Save arbitary data per-window

Hello! Thanks for beautiful piece of free software.
I want to propose module, allowing saving data in per-window way.
I wrote it because I wanted have per-window keyboard layout state,
but module is very generic.
I did not introduced any new dependencies, but what is policy about
dependencies?
PS. Please, respond in any way, since I have doubts that this email will
