Does this supercede SwitchTrans? Should we remove it?

SwitchTrans is currently unbuildable and I don't really want to fix it as I use MultiToggle now. On the other hand, MultiToggle is undocumented and a bit more complicated to use. I have plans to fix that, though. So yes, I think SwitchTrans can be removed.
