darcs patch: Prompt.Shell: escape ampersand

Rationale: Emails that come from Windows(r)Land can have the files with funny names attached to them... The one I recived today was named `UMC HLRs&numbers_20090212.xls'. I couldn't open it from xmonad's shell prompt -- the latter tab-completed filename to oocalc /tmp/UMC\ HLRs&numbers_20090212.xls The command failed since ampersand was not escaped. * * * Have fun! -- vvv

The one I recived today was named `UMC HLRs&numbers_20090212.xls'. I couldn't open it from xmonad's shell prompt -- the latter tab-completed filename to
oocalc /tmp/UMC\ HLRs&numbers_20090212.xls
The command failed since ampersand was not escaped.
