Hi, I stumbled across the following 'amusing' behavior while using Gimp: quite often, newer (floating) windows go under older windows. To make those hidden windows visible, one has to move the big foreground window whose hiding them and select them with the mouse to pull them to the foreground. How can I configure xmonad so that the floating window who has focus is at the top of the window layers? Greetings, -- Bastien

i have this problem too. however, there are several methods for dealing
with it (besides getting the latest darcs version or waiting for those
features to hit the main release)
a search for simply xmonad and gimp, will likely find them.
here's the first example

i love how this shows the immense power and configurability of xmonad, to be
the wm you want.

Seems to be fixed in the latest darcs version.
