darcs patch: CenterMaster layout modifier

Hello XMonad world! I wrote new LayoutModifier. It places one (master) window at center of screen, on top of other windows. All other windows are managed by base layout. For example, with centerMaster Grid one will get something like http://iportnov.ru/files/center-master.png. topRight layout modifier is similar, but places master window in top right corner instead of center.

Everytime I invoked or hid Scratchpad, it would leave a 'Maybe.fromJust: Nothing' line in .xsession-errors, and updatePointer would stop working.
