You'll want to upgrade; both are known, and fixed in the latest darcs, bugs.

Further weirdness ensues, when I switch away from a tabbed workspace, and then back to it, I get the first tab in the stack again, instead of the "last active one".

I'm also seeing a misalignment when I have onto one window open (the window extends to the full size of the screen, and I get a single tab header over the top of it, obscuring that top 10px or so).

When you darcs-got a few days ago, Tabbed was completely and utterly incompatible with Xinerama. The "weirdness" you describe is suprisingly *sane*. Stefan

Dave, best wait to see if someone can either reproduce it, or if one of the Tabbed.hs authors can fix it.

Seems like there's a second user, so if anyone can suggest a way to debug the behaviour let me know.

I see the same behavoir with a freshly updated checkout.

I have two screens configured with Xinerama; if I use the tabbed layout, open two or more windows on the first, switch to the second, and open two or more windows there, the tabs on the second screen lose their text. If I switch focus back to the first screen, the second screen's tabs appear correctly but the first screen's disappear.

Yep, that matches my experience.

Additionally, if I close all but one of the windows on a screen, I expect the tab bar to disappear, but it remains the same as it did before - no text - but the tabs overlap with the window, as if they've been drawn on the screen and forgotten. Closing the final window does not make them go away, nor does changing the workspace on that screen; however, the phantom tabs are in the background on that different workspace.
