I've just got a patch from kpreid which looks like it fixes something in this area. Please retest and let me know if things are fixed.
That helped: I have built a freshly downloaded Yhc successfully. In addition, I cleared out my Yhc buildbot build tree and forced a rebuild and that seems healthy also.
