Sorry I can't help any further - I think Yhc is now unmaintained, sadly.

That's too bad, I thought they were just picking up momentum and making cool things happen.

src/compiler/AssocTree.hs:17:0:     Failed to load interface for `Tree234':       Use -v to see a list of the files searched for. Again, perhaps you could try running the given command directly with the "-v" flag.  Do a search to see if you can see Tree234 defined anywhere (its a Yhc thing IIRC).
