NOTE: the Windows release for concurrency isn't quite ready but it should be quite soon (thanks Neil for handling this).

Done, I think :) Any bugs in that also report them to the list, and I'll see what I can do. I have also added null concurrency for OS's without pthreads or Windows threads. Neil
