The configure help text look slightly less terrible now, though we've still got too many long flags and short flags with long arg names so there's not really enough width for the description so it wraps in too many cases. This fix is needed to write the proper haddock-interface: entry in inplace pkg configs. I'm not sure whether it's the correct way to solve this. If it is, please also merge to GHC's repository as GHC's build bot report broken builds at the moment because of this.
