I am considering volunteering at BayHac to help people hack on Cabal,
though I don't know enough of the codebase to do it myself. Is anyone
else interested in helping? BayHac is April 7th through 9th in San

Just a heads-up that the 2.0 release branch for Cabal/cabal-install
has been created. If everything goes as planned, I'll tag the releases
next week, so please hurry up if you want your patches to be included
in this version.
