I thought about installing dependencies, too, but decided against it: I don't think people expect 'cabal test' to install packages on their system, so it's probably not a good idea. Just checking, but is this the behavior you would expect, i.e., configure and build, but don't install missing dependencies? I think it's a good compromise for now. I'd prefer if (and have argued for) `cabal build/test/bench` to "do what I mean." Good work David. I used to do something like this for Cabal regression testing but the method I used didn't scale well as hackage grew. I'll look into using your tool next time for testing a major Cabal / cabal-install release. cabal repository moved to Github

Hi everyone. The cabal repository now lives at Github: https://github.com/haskell/cabal The bug tracker remains with Trac for now. I'll run some experiments with converters from Trac to Github to see whether it's feasible to convert that as well. The darcs repositories should no longer be used.
