patch applied (cabal): Fix Show/Read for License

  * Fix Show/Read for License
  We were ending up with things like
      InstalledPackageInfo {
          ...
          license = LGPL Nothing,
          ...
      }
  i.e. "LGPL Nothing" rather than "LGPL", which we couldn't then read.
